Alycia Kamer is at the forefront of commercial real estate leasing in Canada.

As the director of commercial leasing at Vancouver-based Bosa Properties, she manages a portfolio of nearly five million square feet of industrial, office, and retail assets in areas across Canada and the U.S. Kamer is closing in on 20 years in the commercial real estate business in Vancouver and leads a team that demonstrates tenacity and excellence on a daily basis.

During the past decade, she has held increasingly senior positions with the leading development, investment and property management company, which is recognized by Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation as an environmentally friendly builder.

Before moving to Bosa Properties, Kamer held project co-ordinator, leasing administrator and commercial assistant positions with Canderel, Wesgroup Properties and Macdonald Commercial.

She is a member of NAIOP and CREW and a mentor to her firm’s team members.
