IPA Edmonton-based Sales Team

Company:

Institutional Property Advisors, a division of Marcus & Millichap

Quartet ranked as IPA's top-producing Canadian sales team in 2024.

Team completed billions of dollars of Edmonton-area MF transactions in 2024.

Bradley Gingerich, Jane Pascal, Bradyn Arth and Paul Chaput comprise the Institutional Property Advisors (IPA) multi-family investment sales team in Edmonton.

IPA is a division of Marcus & Millichap.

The quartet was IPA’s top-producing team in Canada in 2024, completing billions of dollars worth of sales transactions.

Bradley Gingerich is senior managing director, investments, with IPA. He specializes in the acquisition and disposition of multi-family properties and development sites throughout Western Canada. During his two-decade career, Gingerich has been recognized as one of the top investment sales brokers in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba.

Notable recent transactions with his team include the 135-unit LYFE Residences (Calgary) and the 328-unit Edmonton House (Edmonton).

Jane Pascal is a vice-president of investments. Since joining her partners in 2017, Pascal has established an exceptional record of success, overseeing the acquisition and disposition of more than $3 billion in multifamily and land transactions across Western Canada. In 2024, she oversaw 36 transactions.

In 2024, Pascal played a key role in multiple condo deconversions in Edmonton, a niche but growing segment of the multi-family market. The deconversion process involves dissolving condo corporations to reposition properties as rental assets, presenting an attractive opportunity for investors to capitalize on Alberta’s value-add potential. Successfully executing these transactions requires deep market expertise and a strong command of legal and regulatory frameworks, positioning Pascal as a leader in this specialized space.

Bradyn Arth, a senior vice-president, is an award-winning investment sales professional who specializes in the purchase and sale of apartment communities and high-density residential land throughout Western Canada.

With his team, recent transactions included the 35-unit Galen Lofts and the 105-unit Station on Whyte, both in Edmonton.

Arth’s transactional expertise earned him industry recognition and merits, such as being named one of the top 10 highest-producing brokers in Canada under the age of 35 and recognition as a Young Leader within the Canadian Real Estate Forums.

Paul Chaput is a senior vice president of investments and market leader. With his experienced team, Chaput successfully works with developers, pension fund advisors, REITs, insurance companies, and high-net-worth private parties. Prior to joining IPA, Chaput was with CBRE Limited and Avison Young.

Chaput is a well-regarded speaker and guest lecturer at the University of Calgary’s Haskayne School of Business and at several Real Estate Forums.

These are some of the reasons we selected the IPA sales team in Edmonton as one of Connect CRE Canada’s Top Broker Award winners for 2025. These awards recognize industry professionals who have demonstrated the highest standards and transaction volumes in investment sales and leasing.
