The Colliers Alberta team of Justin Mayerchak, Peter Mayerchak, Jash Sandhu, Callum McLaughlin and Bryson Mayerchak specializes in tenant-ownership representation in the Calgary markets. During 2024, the team completed 107 transactions, totaling over 1.6 million square feet across 13 cities in six provinces.

One standout 2024 deal focused on representing a prominent post-secondary institution in its landmark 20-year, 180,000-square-foot lease for a vacant office tower in downtown Calgary’s west end. The unprecedented transaction will play a crucial role in revitalizing the area by attracting more than 1,500 students following a comprehensive and strategic capital upgrade program.
