The six-person team has completed the largest high-profile classes in Maritime Canada.

Past transactions include a 52-unit multifamily sale and a sale-leaseback deal on land

CBRE’s Atlantic National Investment Team, headquartered in Halifax, includes Robert Musset, Christ Carter, Andrew Cranmer, Breanne Hay, Benson Auld and Taylor McNeil. During the past two decades, the team has completed the largest, most complex, and high-profile transactions across all asset classes in the Maritimes.

Past deals included the sale of the 52-unit Lotus Point Apartments (Dartmouth, N.S.), the 92-unit Brookline (Bedford, N.S.), and a sale-leaseback transaction involving land holding the Mayflower Curling Club at 3000 Monaghan Drive (Halifax.)
