Handled the sale of Canadian Tire’s 1.6 million-square-foot facility

Gord Cook is Colliers’ Vice Chairman; he specializes in industrial leasing and investments, multifamily investments and infill redevelopments. During 2024, Cook closed 64 transactions totaling 3.7 million square feet.

One significant transaction focused on the sale of Canadian Tire’s 1.6 million-square-foot Brampton Distribution Centre. Cook and his team worked with Canadian Tire for over ten years to replace the 90.2-acre facility in its supply chain. The efforts led to a successful asset disposition.
