Closed ten deals totaling over $1.6 billion

Notable transaction includes the sale of two Class A multifamily assets

As Managing Director at RBC Capital Markets’ Real Estate Investment Banking division, Nurit Altman orchestrated over $1.6 billion in high-profile investment sales during 2024.

One notable highlight involves spearheading the record-breaking sale of the 483-unit 77 Davisville and the 214-unit Village Green Apartments, both Class A assets. The transaction represented the largest national multifamily transaction within the past year, setting a significant benchmark during a period of subdued investment activity.

Altman also introduced a major Canadian institutional investor to Vancouver’s coveted strata-retail space, which led to the acquisition of 2211 West Fourth Avenue.

These are some of the reasons we selected Nurit Altman as one of Connect CRE Canada’s Top Broker Award winners for 2025. These awards recognize industry professionals who have demonstrated the highest standards and transaction volumes in investment sales and leasing.
