Oliver Kershaw and Lindsay Hockey joined Colliers Ottawa in early 2023, bringing with them an impressive portfolio of clients and transactions. Seeking to expand their network within Colliers’ robust platform, they prioritized building strong relationships with colleagues across North America.
In 2024, Kershaw and Hockey participated in over 40 transactions, many of which generated fees well into the six figures per deal. As a team, they have partnered with nearly every advisor in the Ottawa office, playing a pivotal role in surpassing revenue and EBITDA targets.
Their commitment to collaboration led them to join forces with Colliers’ Tim Bristow on a key office leasing transaction. The team represented MD Financial (Scotiabank) in securing a lease at 1870 Alta Vista Dr.
