He stepped up to redevelop the site after some investors shied away due to concerns about red tape and other issues, according to a published report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alta&rsquo;s first project at the site will be a 30-plus-storey rental-housing project with a reported value of $500 million.
