He also supports property management staff with complex construction issues, tendering projects and sourcing cost-effective vendors<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Among his notable highlights, Feierstein oversaw the $1-million conversion of a former Krazy Binz retail space into a No Frills grocery store, preparing it for the tenant\u2019s own fit-up. He is also serving as the development analyst on the luxury purpose-built rental apartment building Taylor Eddie, which is currently under construction in Winnipeg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Additionally, Feierstein was the site supervisor for an 84,000-square-foot warehouse at Shindico\u2019s 23-acre Plessis Business Park.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As the youngest member of the development team, Feierstein sets examples for future junior hires by demonstrating what is possible when talent is paired with an exceptional work ethic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He is actively involved in competitive baseball, where he plays at a high level and contributes to Manitoba\u2019s baseball community. He previously supported KidSport Manitoba, an organization that helps remove financial barriers for children who want to participate in organized sport.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These are just a few reasons we chose Elie Feierstein as one of the 2026 Canadian Next Generation Award Winners.
