He is one of CMLS\u2019s youngest leaders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He leads his team by example and always tries to help guide the next generation of commercial real estate professionals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Parent also focuses on innovative real estate capital structuring and portfolio strategy representing institutions, REITs, pension, private equity firms and family offices in over $5 billion of finance strategies across the province of Quebec.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Outside of work, Parent is actively involved in mentoring students and participating in university events to help students learn about the industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These are just a few reasons why we chose Charles-Benoit Parent as one of the Canadian 2026 Canadian Next Generation Award winners.
