He joined Avison Young in 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During his career, Clark has closed over 535 sales and lease deals totalling 3.1 million square feet at a transaction value of $284.9 million. He consistently ranks in the top tier of Avison Young\u2019s Canadian brokers and has been honoured with the company\u2019s Top Emerging Leader, Rookie of the Year, Emerging Leader Ambassador and Young Navigator awards<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Clark is a mentor with the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and sits on the board of Calgary Cinematheque.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These are just a few reasons we chose Sean Clark as one of Connect CRE Canada\u2019s 2026 Next Generation Award winners.
