Ayoub’s Opens New Boutique Store at Park Royal

Ayoub’s Dried Fruits and Nuts has opened a new boutique-style store at Park Royal Shopping Centre in West Vancouver, B.C.

The company describes the location as an upscale shopping experience.

“We have redesigned the concept,” said Amir Hosh, the company’s owner. “The store is geared towards gifting, high-end packaging, trays for gatherings, gift baskets, get-togethers, and charcuterie boards.”

The company’s larger, traditional stores focus on bulk purchases.

Founded 16 years ago in North Vancouver, B.C., Ayoub’s now operates eight locations across Greater Vancouver and continues to expand, looking to grow through franchises across Western Canada.

“We roast in every store, and even in this new concept, we did not take out the roasting,” said Hosh. “We still have fresh roasting on-site daily.”
