Bosa Properties Buys Surrey Industrial Park for $93M: Report

Bosa Properties has acquired an industrial park in the Vancouver suburb of Surrey, B.C., from CanFirst Capital Management for $93 million, according to a published report.

The reporting publication is owned by commercial real estate advisory firm Green Street. Vancouver-based Bosa Properties bought the 315,000-square-foot Fama Business Park at 15050 54A Avenue for $295 per square foot, states the report.

Colliers represented Toronto-based CanFirst in the deal, which has closed.

The property includes eight freestanding building occupied by various tenants, including a drinks manufacturer, an aerospace company producing water-treatment systems and a door supplier.

CanFirst purchased the property in 2019 from Hydro Quebec for $66 million, according to the report.
