Condo Specialist Rennie Launches Commercial Real Estate Brokerage
Rennie has started offering commercial real estate brokerage services.
Vancouver-based rennie has long been known for its specialty of marketing condominium development projects and extreme strong sales track record. Bob Rennie, the company’s founder, is nicknamed Condo King because of the numerous condo projects in which he has been involved.
But as the condo market has slowed down considerably, rennie has decided to develop a new business line. Rennie has sold some commercial units previously, but is now concentrating more on non-residential sales while continuing with its specialty, according to a published report.
“This new brokerage is a natural next step in the evolution of our brand,” said rennie on the company’s website. “Backed by more than 50 years of real estate leadership, rennie commercial extends our tradition of trusted advice and intelligence-led insight into the commercial real estate space.”
Jason Lai and Andrew Hutson are serving as commercial property brokers for rennie.
