Courtemanche Launches Construction on Third Skyblu Condo Tower
Construction has begun on the third tower in the three-building Skyblu condominium project in the Montreal suburb of Mirabel, Que.
The project’s developer, Ray Junior Courtemanche, announced the launch in a news release.
The project is located in the Cité Mirabel neighbourhood. The 15-storey tower, known as Skyblu 3, will be the third tallest in the rapidly growing residential complex and will feature 189 premium condos with modern and refined finishes.
“With the region’s booming real estate market and increasing demand for 3½ and 4½ units, Skyblu 3 has been designed to meet the needs of buyers from all generations,” Courtemanche’s company stated in the news release.
The new tower will offer residents exclusive amenities, including a fully equipped gym, a rooftop terrace with panoramic views, and an 82-foot outdoor swimming pool with a relaxation area. Its location provides easy access to schools, recreational facilities, dining options, and essential services, such as medical clinics and grocery stores, said the company.
Supporting First-Time Buyers
As homeownership becomes increasingly challenging for many, Courtemanche has also introduced an initiative aimed at making it easier for buyers to purchase a unit in Skyblu 1. Eligible buyers can receive up to $30,000 to cover 5% of the down payment, subject to credit approval.
“We recognize that the down payment represents a major obstacle for many buyers,” said Courtemanche. “By launching this initiative, our goal is to provide a concrete solution to help more people achieve homeownership.”
A Vision for Urban Growth
Skyblu is part of a broader vision for sustainable and accessible urban living. The project aims to create a modern residential community in Cité Mirabel, a thriving area of Mirabel with close proximity to essential services.
