Beth Earon is a commercial real estate lawyer based in Blakes’ Toronto office.

Her practice covers a wide array of commercial real estate matters, including leasing, purchase and sale transactions, and financings. Earon works with a diverse portfolio of clients both domestically and internationally, serving pension funds, lenders, institutional investors, landlords, and tenants.

She has a particular focus on leasing and frequently represents both landlords and tenants across various transactions. Her experience spans sale-leasebacks, lease financings, and negotiations for office, industrial, and retail properties, as well as lease amendments, subleases, and assignment agreements. Each fall, Earon shares her expertise as a teacher in the Realpac Lending in Commercial Real Estate course, contributing her knowledge to the field’s emerging professionals.

She earned a 2025 Best Lawyers in Canada Award for her contributions to the legal profession. The award recipients are determined through per reviews.

Earon has spent her entire career with Blakes. She was an articling student with the firmin 2009-10 while completing the final year of her Osgoode Hall Law School studies. She then remained with the firm as an associate for 14 years before being promoted to counsel in January 2024.

Prior to commencing her legal career, she served as a supply-chain process analyst with Canadian Tire in Toronto.
