Evans, who joined the company in 2009, serves as the primary underwriting contact for the lender’s two largest and most active clients. Additionally, her deep expertise in retail, office, and multi-family real estate, combined with her nuanced understanding of Western Canadian markets, makes her a trusted advisor and strategic partner to clients and colleagues.

Evans is a mentor and advocate for women in commercial real estate, generously sharing her time and insights to support the growth of others and introducing initiatives to empower women within First National’s commercial team. Her feedback is always honest, constructive, and grounded in a genuine desire to see others succeed. She leads with empathy and strength, earning the respect and admiration of everyone around her.
