Fitzrovia is nearing completion on a three-tower multi-family rental project in Toronto’s Yorkdale district.

The Sloane community is located at Dufferin Street and Highway 401, near Yorkdale Shopping Centre. The project aims to redefine rental living with 758 new units designed to meet the needs of families and downsizers.

Virtual tours and leasing have commenced with residents slated to move in this spring.

Sloane’s residences feature predominantly two- and three-bedroom layouts, catering to families and downsizers. Selected suites include accessibility features, such as adjustable fixtures and barrier-free bathrooms, to accommodate seniors. Shabbat-friendly units, equipped with dual sinks and custom locks, are also available.

Residents will benefit from Fitzrovia’s in-house daycare, Bloomsbury Academy, offering Montessori-inspired education for children aged 18 months to six years, said Fitzrovia.

Sloane offers a wide range of lifestyle and wellness facilities, including a full-sized Toronto Raptors indoor basketball court, a fitness centre, yoga studios, and a rooftop infinity pool. Children can enjoy a custom-designed Adventure Zone playroom featuring a dinosaur play structure.
