Floorspace has acquired AnthemIQ, a digital platform designed to simplify leasing and sales.

AnthemIQ was originally developed by Elevate, a commercial real estate brokerage, before spinning off as a standalone technology company. The platform gained industry recognition for its client-facing tools and streamlined deal-making process, according to Floorspace.

“Brokers are at the centre of what we do,” said Matt Carlson, co-founder of Floorspace. “Together with AnthemIQ, we’re building a platform that supports the full leasing and sales journey while giving clients the modern experience they expect.”

Floorspace said the acquisition reflects its strategy to invest in technology and scale its platform, enhancing workflow integration for brokers while providing a clearer and simpler experience for clients.

Vancouver-based Floorspace provides leasing and sales services for tenants, landlords and investors.
