Former Nordstrom Store to Become Four Retail Spaces

The former Nordstrom department store at CF Pacific Centre in downtown Vancouver will be reconfigured into four separate retail units, according to a new development application filed with the city.

The 230,000-square-foot three-storey space will be reconfigured, but exact sizes of each unit have not been disclosed.

No tenants have been announced for the subdivided space.

“We do have some exciting plans for the former Nordstrom space at CF Pacific Centre, but we’re not ready to share details just yet,” a Cadillac Fairview spokesperson told Daily Hive Urbanized.

According to the DHI report, a permit application shows that the former department store’s reconfiguration will include a street plaza that will serve as the entrance to the nearby Vancouver Centre SkyTrain station located along the Canada Line route.
