Goodman Commercial Founder Stands Out Among Vancouver MF Brokers

(Mark Goodman, founder of Vancouver-based Goodman Commercial, is the recipient of a 2025 Canadian Top Broker Award presented by Connect CRE Canada. This profile explains how he and his firm excelled in 2024.)

By Amy Wolff Sorter

Mark Goodman is the founder of Goodman Commercial, which specializes in sales of apartment buildings, investment properties and development sites.

During his career, he has stood out among Vancouver’s multi-family real estate brokers.

In 2024, the company closed 17 transactions at a total deal volume of $237 million.

Goodman Commercial expanded its staff by four brokers in 2024. Deal highlights included the $21 million sale of the 41-unit Park Vista (Vancouver), the $29.5 million sale of the 72-unit Premiere (New Westminster), and the $20.5 million sale of the 43-unit Bayside Towers (Vancouver).

These are some of the reasons we selected Mark Goodman as one of Connect CRE Canada’s Top Broker Award winners for 2025. These awards recognize industry professionals who have demonstrated the highest standards and transaction volumes in investment sales and leasing.
