Harry Rosen Renews GTA Logistics Centre Lease

Luxury menswear retailer Harry Rosen has renewed its lease of a Rhenus Canada warehouse in the Greater Toronto Area.

The logistics facility spans 145,356 square feet. Rhenus has provided warehousing operations for Toronto-based Harry Rosen since 2020. The companies began their partnership five years earlier, initially partnering on nationwide transportation services before expanding the collaboration to include warehousing and distribution services, supporting Harry Rosen stores across Canada.

“The efficient management and strategic location of the warehouse operated by Rhenus have been pivotal in supporting our retail network’s needs,” said Michael Piccininni, vice-president of logistics, construction and procurement for Harry Rosen. “This renewal strengthens our trust in Rhenus and ensures we will continue to provide outstanding luxury experiences to our valued clients.  We look forward to many more successful years together.”

The warehouse is located 14 kilometres from Toronto Pearson Airport and near major highways, serving as a central hub for about 15 Rhenus tenants. Rhenus acquired the warehouse in 2019.

“[Harry Rosen’s] renewed commitment aligns with our vision to provide top-tier warehousing solutions in the high-end fashion industry,” said Martin van der Stam, head of the logistics firm’s North American warehousing business.

Toronto-based Rhenus Canada operates in the GTA, Vancouver and Montreal, specializing in air and ocean freight, warehouse fulfillment and distribution, customs clearance, and project logistics solutions.
