InnVest Acquires Victoria’s Hotel Grand Pacific

InnVest Hotels has acquired the prominent Hotel Grand Pacific in downtown Victoria, B.C., for an undisclosed price.

The 304-room waterfront property occupies a prime location in Victoria’s inner harbour, providing direct access to the city’s attractions, business district and cultural venues. The addition of the hotel strengthens InnVest’s portfolio, bringing a well-established hospitality asset with extensive amenities and a strong local reputation, said the company.

The hotel features more than 10,000 square feet of naturally lit meeting and event space, along with outdoor reception areas suited to conferences, weddings and social functions. It also includes a full-service, membership-based athletic club with a lap pool and comprehensive fitness facilities.

Dining is anchored by Fathom, a restaurant known for highlighting regional ingredients through seasonal menus and presentation.

“This acquisition represents an exciting milestone for InnVest as we continue to invest in high-quality assets in Canada’s most dynamic markets,” said Lydia Chen, president and CEO of InnVest Hotels. “The Hotel Grand Pacific is an exceptional property with a prime inner harbour location, strong community ties, and significant potential.”

The acquisition underscores InnVest’s strategy of expanding through well-located, high-performing properties with distinctive character and long-term value.

InnVest Hotels is one of Canada’s largest hotel owners and operators, with a diverse portfolio of properties nationwide, focused on delivering strong guest experiences and sustainable growth.
