Invesque Sells Two U.S. Seniors-Housing Assets For US$39.8 Million
Toronto-based Invesque has sold two seniors-housing properties in Pennsylvania for US$39.8 million as it continues to reduce its North American real estate portfolio.
The company said the properties were sold Aug. 10 but did not identify the assets, buyer or individual sale prices. The transaction was disclosed Wednesday as part of Invesque’s second-quarter financial results.
The Pennsylvania deal follows another significant disposition completed less than two weeks earlier. Invesque sold a seniors-housing property in Parker, Colo., for US$52 million on July 31, bringing the disclosed value of the recent transactions to US$91.8 million.
The sales are part of a disposition strategy that has significantly reduced Invesque’s holdings. The company ended 2025 with seven owned assets after completing a series of property sales and using proceeds to simplify its debt structure.
Invesque said earlier this year it planned to pursue additional dispositions in 2026, citing favourable market conditions for seniors housing.
Among its late-2025 transactions was the US$57-million sale of four seniors-housing properties in New Jersey and Pennsylvania in December. Invesque also sold four Canadian seniors-housing communities that month, generating C$31 million in net equity.
Invesque’s remaining portfolio includes assisted-living and memory-care properties operated through joint ventures, as well as seniors-housing assets where the company owns both the real estate and licensed operations.
