Legacy, Partners Break Ground on Verdora MF Project

Legacy Development Group and partners Capital Property Development (CPD) and Alluvia Real Estate have broken ground on a new multi-family rental project in suburban Montreal.

Known as Verdora, the project is located on Harwood Boulevard in the borough of Vaudreuil-Dorion.

Verdora will comprise 245 units in two buildings of three to six storeys. The units will include studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom suites. The developers are looking to capitalize on the development’s proximity to the Island of Montreal, parks and lakes.

The Verdora project is settling in a sector undergoing significant transformation, with tremendous development potential,” said Guy Pilon, the borough’s mayor. “The interest in the Harwood-De Lotbinière area has exceeded our expectations, and its redevelopment is becoming more concrete than ever.”

Verdora’s completion is expected by September 2025.

Legacy, Alluvia and CPD are all located in the Montreal area.
