Lennard Commercial Realty has opened a new Vancouver office, expanding to seven locations nationwide.

One of Canada’s fastest-growing commercial real estate brokerages, Lennard provides full-service advisory and transaction expertise to tenants, landlords, owners, and investors across office, industrial, retail, land, and multi-family sectors.

“Vancouver represents an important step in our long-term vision to connect Canada’s major markets under a unified culture of collaboration,” said Daniel Hunt, Lennard’s founding partner. “As the [Greater Toronto Area’s] third-largest commercial brokerage, we believe now is the perfect time to be able to bring our expertise to the West Coast, with the addition of two Vancouverites who already have deep connections and multi-million dollar transaction success in the market.”

The new office will be led by Allon Shapiro and Aaron Ulinder, who will both serve as a partner and executive vice-president. The two CRE industry veterans have longstanding experience in the regional market. They will guide the firm’s growth in British Columbia.

Both Shapiro and Ulinder moved to Lennard from CBRE in Vancouver.
