Long-awaited IQ Condos Phase 3 Project Advances

The Remington Group’s long-awaited IQ Condos Phase 3 multi-family project in Toronto’s Etobicoke district has moved closer to becoming a reality.

Remington has submitted architectural and civil and utilities plans to the city of Toronto for approval. The third phase will follow previous phases that were completed before the COVID-19 pandemic, according to Urban Toronto.

The submissions represent the first action on the Phase 3 project since an arborist’s report was filed in 2023.

Plans calls for three towers comprising 915 multi-residential units to be constructed. The towers are slated to stand 19, 26 and 42 storeys.

A 3,057-square-foot community is proposed for the ground-floor level.

The project is being designed by Toronto-based architecture firm Giannone Petricone Associates

All three phases of the IQ Condos are being developed on former industrial land.
