Montreal Airport Authority Buys Dorval Land from Broccolini for $61.5M

Aéroports de Montréal (ADM) has acquired a strategically located industrial property in Dorval, Que., from developer Broccolini for $61.5 million, according to multiple reports.

ADM serves as the airport authority for the Greater Montreal Area.

The property, situated at 10325 Ryan Ave., lies adjacent to a runway at Montreal-Trudeau International Airport and includes two leased industrial buildings. The transaction was facilitated with advisory support from CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield.

According to one report, Broccolini had purchased the site in 2021 for $27.5 million and said the location’s value increased due to strong demand for industrial outdoor storage and its proximity to key transportation routes. The property includes facilities leased to Day & Ross and TFI International.

ADM has not publicly discussed plans for the site.

ADM Aéroports de Montréal (ADM) has agreed to acquire Lion Electric’s innovation centre facility at Mirabel International Airport for $50 million.
