New Marshalls Store Opens in Downtown Vancouver

Marshalls has opened a new location in downtown Vancouver.

Located on the third floor of 798 Granville Street, the 30,000-square-foot store is the discount retailer’s first outlet in downtown Vancouver and ninth in B.C.

Another discount retailer, Winners, previously occupied the Marshalls space before moving to another nearby location.

The 798 Granville property sits in a prominent location at the corner of Granville and Robson streets.

The Marshalls store is above a Best Buy, which took over the premises after now-defunct electronics retailer Future Shop went out of business in 2015.

Local investor and developer Bonnis Properties owns the building. It is one of many properties that Bonnis owns in that area of Granville.
