Link Logistics and its Canadian operating platform, Pure Industrial, have appointed Hitesh Mistry head of Canada. Mistry will lead Pure’s 43-million-square-foot industrial portfolio as president and chief operating officer David Owen prepares to leave after 10 years with the company.

BTB Real Estate Investment Trust has promoted Marc-André Lefebvre to executive vice-president, chief financial officer and chief operating officer. Lefebvre, who had served as BTB’s CFO since 2024, will now also oversee the trust’s operations.

Altus Group has appointed Katie Royce chief financial officer. Royce, who most recently served as CFO of ZenBusiness, began her new role Aug. 3, while outgoing CFO Pawan Chhabra will remain with the company through September to support the transition.

Old Dutch Foods has announced the opening of an 8,400-square-foot accounting office and warehouse in Summerside, P.E.I. The facility, which began operating in February, uses solar power, geothermal heating and cooling, and energy-recovery ventilation.

The Construction Masters Charity Cup returned Aug. 12 in support of Ronald McDonald House Charities. Organized by Day Custom Homes, Skyluxe Roofing and Sheet Metal and Manpower Canada, the construction-industry event has raised more than $167,000 to date.
