Rosedev Selling Tour Jean-Talon Office Tower in Montreal

Rosedev has listed an office building in downtown Montreal for sale for $56M.

CBRE is co-ordinating the sale for Rosedev. The 12-storey tower is known by its French name, Tour Jean-Talon, and located at 600 Rue Jean-Talon (Jean-Talon Street) in Little Italy and comprises 332,248 square feet of office and retail space. The asset has direct access to the subway system and a steady income stream anchored by such national tenants as RBC and global convenience-store retailer Couche-Tard.

According to a published report, about 250,000 sf is available for immediate occupancy after Bell relocated as part of a consolidation effort. CBRE says the building is ideal for owner-occupiers or investors seeking to reposition or redevelop it.
