Saab Heads MCommercial’s Business Development, Marketing, Administration

(Connect has handed out its third-annual Canadian Women in Real Estate Awards. This story profiles Christianne Saab, vice-president of operations at Montreal-based MCommercial.)

Christianne Saab is the vice-president of operations for MCommercial. Bringing over 15 years of commercial real estate experience to her position, she leads the company’s business development, marketing and administration programs. She structures and implements policies and procedures, contributing to the development of tailor-made CRMs.

Saab joined MCommercial in 2014 after deciding to focus on commercial real estate financing. Since then, she’s been at the helm of the marketing and operations departments.

Her efforts helped MCommercial generate a substantial increase in sales growth by creating new channels for leads across Canada. The company’s growth is expected to continue with the development of tailored tools and refined CRM practices.

Outside of work, Saab volunteers at homeless and family shelters and organizes fundraisers.

These are just some of the reasons why Connect Canada CRE honoured Christianne Saab with a 2025 Canadian Women in Real Estate Award. The awards celebrate the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and taken on mentorship roles.
