Spring Living Acquires Six Seniors Residences in Eastern Ontario
Spring Living Retirement Communities has acquired six retirement residences across eastern Ontario, adding 766 suites to its portfolio.
The newly acquired properties include the Westwood and Kanata Ridge retirement communities in Ottawa; the Grace Hill and Heritage Orléans seniors complexes in Orleans, Ont.; Kanata and the Maple Ridge Retirement Community in Carleton Place, Ont., and Lord Dufferin Retirement Community in Orangeville, Ont.
The acquisition marks another step in the company’s expansion across Ontario and Quebec and underscores its focus on delivering resident-centred seniors living in local communities. Spring Living said it will prioritize smooth transitions for residents and staff while introducing enhancements to accommodations and services in the coming months.

Following the transaction, Spring Living’s portfolio has grown to 29 properties comprising approximately 3,500 suites.
