Starlight Completes Ledbury Park Towns Rental Project

Starlight Investments has completed a new purpose-built rental-housing project in Toronto’s Bathurst and Lawrence community.

The four-block project is known as Ledbury Park Towns. The infill development project has created new homes on underutilized land within one of Starlight’s existing residential property sites, said the company.

The completed development is “making a significant contribution to addressing Canada’s missing-middle housing shortage.” The federal government has emphasized a need to provide more housing for middle-income earners amid a national house shortage that is considered a crisis.

“By providing a mix of spacious townhomes in a well-established neighbourhood, Ledbury Park Towns helps to bridge the gap between single-family homes and high-density apartment buildings,” said Starlight.

Toronto-based Starlight is a leading global commercial real estate investment, development and asset management company. Starlight’s Canadian development pipeline is positioned to deliver about 28,000 rental-housing units over the next decade.
