Sutton Adds Lower Mainland Franchises, Hires New Regional VP
Sutton Group is expanding its presence on British Columbia’s Lower Mainland with new franchise partners in the Vancouver suburbs of Surrey and New Westminster.
The company is also establishing a flagship hub in the province and has hired a new regional vice-president to reinforce its commitment to growth and innovation in the Canadian real estate market.
These developments follow Sutton’s recent franchise expansion in Ontario with Sutton Kings Cross and the appointment of Antoni Wisniowski as chief technology officer.
Sutton announced new franchise partnerships with Sutton Dream Home in Surrey and Sutton Supreme in New Westminster. These additions bring about 30 experienced realtors into the Sutton network, further strengthening its foothold in B.C.
“Surrey and New Westminster are dynamic communities with an incredible future,” said Manisha Sharma, owner of Sutton Dream Home and Sutton Supreme. “We’re proud to deepen our commitment to helping more homeowners find their dream properties in these fast-growing regions.”
Sutton Dream Home expands Sutton’s long-standing presence in Surrey, where the company now supports approximately 400 realtors.
Sutton BC will serve as the company’s flagship location in B.C., supporting all Sutton owners, brokers, and agents. The centre will act as more than a traditional office, fostering collaboration among developers, policymakers, and innovation leaders while driving industry growth and innovation, said the Vancouver-based firm.
“These developments in B.C. represent a step forward for our brand and community,” said James Innis, president and COO of Sutton. “By expanding our reach, supporting our existing and new partners in B.C., and creating a space to bring together policymakers, realtors, innovators, and homeowners, we’re continuing to advance the important and urgent actions needed in our industry.”
Beatrice Cosentini becomes Sutton’s regional vice-president for Western Canada. She brings experience in digital transformation and real estate, with a career spanning media, work as a realtor, and managing broker roles for some of the province’s largest brokerage offices.
She most recently served a broker at Sutton’s West Coast Realty office in Burnaby.
“Real estate is on the verge of a transformation fuelled by technology, innovation, and collaboration,” said Cosentini. “My mission is to empower and support agents in delivering greater value to their clients, while making a meaningful impact in their communities — shaping our industry’s future and leaving a legacy for generations to come.”
Sutton specializes in residential and commercial real estate brokerage and land assembly across Canada.
