Sutton Launches New Agency in Gatineau

Sutton Quebec has expanded its brokerage network with the launch of a new agency in Gatineau, Que.

The company said the opening marks another step in the brand’s growth in western Quebec and the National Capital Region that spans Ottawa and Gatineau.

The new agency, Groupe Sutton – GO, is located at 455 Boulevard de la Gappe, Suite 201. Its opening coincides with the one-year anniversary of Sutton Quebec’s 30th year in business and strengthens the company’s footprint in the rapidly growing Outaouais market, where it now complements its established presence across Quebec and in Ottawa.

“This new agency embodies our vision: a growing network, rooted in local realities and firmly oriented toward the future,” said Julie Gaucher, founder and president of Sutton Quebec.

The Gatineau office will be led by Jesse Bigras, an entrepreneur focused on building a modern and efficient professional environment aligned with industry best practices. He will be supported by JP Chartrand, owner of Groupe Sutton – Ottawa and an agency executive in Quebec, in launching and developing the new franchise. The collaboration reflects a shared approach to growth across the Outaouais and Ottawa markets.

Groupe Sutton – GO has adopted a flexible business model designed for the interprovincial nature of the Gatineau–Ottawa region. The agency will welcome brokers licensed in Quebec as well as those who also hold Ontario real estate licences, allowing them to serve clients active on both sides of the river.

“The Outaouais is a unique market, at the crossroads of Quebec and Ontario realities,” said Stéphanie Beaudry, vice-president of Sutton Quebec. With Groupe Sutton – GO, we are introducing an agency model tailored to this dynamic, enabling brokers to better serve an increasingly mobile and interprovincial clientele, while evolving within a structured, innovative environment aligned with the current realities of the profession.”
