Wu-Kemp Known for Her Strategic Leasing Expertise

Angela Wu-Kemp is GWL Realty Advisors’ Director of Leasing for Edmonton and the Prairie Region. She joined the company in 2020, and stepped into her current position in 2024. She has 18 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.

Wu-Kemp is known for her strategic leasing expertise. She is also committed to fostering growth through networking, innovations and creativity. She encourages her team and peers to step outside their comfort zones, believing that growth and development come from embracing challenges and new perspectives.

As a passionate advocate for women in the industry, Wu-Kemp has represented GWL Realty Advisors on multiple panel discussions, sharing her insights and ushering in fresh perspectives that continue to shape the future of commercial leasing.

These are just some of the reasons why Connect Canada CRE honoured Angela Wu-Kemp with a 2025 Canadian Women in Real Estate Award. The awards celebrate the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and taken on mentorship roles.
