Rennie Expanding Across North America Through Partnership with The Agency

Vancouver-based real estate firm Rennie is expanding beyond its home market through a strategic partnership with luxury brokerage network The Agency.

The companies officially launched the partnership Tuesday in The Agency’s Beverly Hills, Calif., office.

The partnership will give Rennie access to more than 3,500 agents operating across North America and in 14 countries, broadening the company’s reach in development consulting, project marketing and residential sales while maintaining its existing operations and leadership structure, according to multiple media reports and the companies.

“The partnership is specific to working on new development projects, but we work with the entire company across all markets,” said Greg Zayadi, Rennie’s president during the event, The Agency’s online publication reported.

Rennie said the agreement reflects growing demand for broader buyer access and more data-driven sales strategies as market conditions evolve, Daily Hive reported. The company, long known for its role in Metro Vancouver’s pre-sale and newresidential development market, said its systems for buyer analytics, development planning and project marketing will now be applied to projects in additional North American cities through The Agency’s international distribution network.

“For more than 50 years, Rennie has built its reputation on deep local intelligence, understanding markets, people, and the forces shaping how communities grow,” said Zayadi in LinkedIn post. “That commitment hasn’t changed. But the landscape around us has.

“Developers today are navigating more complexity than ever before. Success requires not only local expertise, but also the ability to connect projects to a broader audience, move with speed, and make informed decisions at every stage.”

This partnership brings those strengths together.

The expansion will rely heavily on rCatalyst, Rennie’s AI-driven sales and marketing platform, which the company says was built specifically for new development and gives developers real-time visibility into buyer behaviour, sales performance, inventory, and market conditions.

The partnership marks one of the most significant expansions in Rennie’s history and comes as some Vancouver-based developers increasingly look beyond British Columbia to markets across Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom.

The new collaboration also comes while many condo projects have stalled from the outset or been paused due to developers’ financial difficulties and slow presales, among other factors. In 2025, Rennie launched a new commercial real estate division to help offset the slowdown in the condo market.
