BGO, Visitt Launch National Partnership to Power AI-Driven Operations

BGO Properties and Visitt have launched a partnership to deploy AI-powered property operations technology across a national commercial real estate portfolio spanning more than 300 properties and 46 million square feet.

The rollout, which began this month, will extend across BGO’s managed assets in Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec as the companies seek to streamline building operations, improve service delivery and enhance tenant experiences through artificial intelligence.

Visitt’s AI-native platform provides tools for work-order intelligence, predictive and preventive maintenance, equipment-lifecycle management, tenant engagement, amenity management, vendor co-ordination and automated-workflow management. The platform is also designed to support bilingual operations across Canadian markets.

“Integrating AI into our property operations marks an important step toward unlocking new efficiencies across our Canadian portfolio,” said Michelle Brown, BGO Properties’ head of Canada. “Through BGO Properties’ partnership with Visitt, we’re introducing tools designed to simplify complex workflows, enhance consistency across assets, and strengthen the tenant experience.

“We’re optimistic about the potential this collaboration holds to drive innovation and improve service delivery across our managed properties.”

BGO said the implementation is expected to create standardized workflows, improve service-level agreement compliance and generate operational efficiencies across its portfolio. The company also expects the platform to support cost savings and higher tenant satisfaction by consolidating operations into a unified system.

“Partnering with BGO Properties to power such a significant and diverse portfolio is a milestone not only for Visitt, but for the future of property operations in Canada,” said Visitt CEO Itay Oren. “Our AI-first platform is purpose-built to streamline operations at scale, introducing the next generation of building-technology operations with work-order intelligence, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation — so BGO Properties’ teams, vendors, and call centers can unlock new levels of efficiency, performance, and tenant experience.”

BGO is a global real estate investment management advisor, lender and real estate services provider, and is part of Sun Life’s institutional asset-management business, SLC Management. BGO Properties is its Canadian property management and leasing division, overseeing more than 450 commercial and residential properties totalling more than 68 million square feet.

Visitt is an AI-native property operations platform used by owners, operators and occupiers to automate building management processes, improve operational efficiency and enhance tenant experiences across commercial and residential portfolios.
