AIRE Ancient Baths Expanding into Canada with Toronto Location

AIRE Ancient Baths has unveiled plans to expand into Canada with the opening of a Toronto location later this year.

The Italian company says the spa will be located in a building that formerly housed a Copp Clark publishing company office and warehouse operations. Built in 1912, the Edwardian Classicism building has been designated as a heritage site and its original wood structure and pillars remain in place.

An AIRE webpage says the location formerly “held the art of printing and now embraces the art of relaxation.”

Honouring its literary and industrial history, the location will be adorned with vintage books and printing presses.
