Allianz Commercial Relocates Canadian Headquarters to Toronto’s Oxford Tower

Global insurance giant Allianz Commercial has relocated its head office to Oxford Tower in downtown Toronto.

According to multiple media reports, Allianz leased about 11,000 square feet in the tower situated at 130 Adelaide Street West. Insurancebusinessmag.com reported that the relocation is designed to support the company’s hybrid-work model and growing workforce of 110 employees in Canada’s largest market.

The new premises feature 64 workstations and energy-efficient design elements that align with the insurers global sustainability goals. The open-concept location includes a mix of sit-stand desks, semi-private areas and modular pivot stations and several smaller meeting rooms to allow for hybrid meetings across Canada, according to Insurancebusinessmag.com.
