As Altus Group’s senior research analyst, Jennifer Nhieu generates retail reports and market analyses to provide up-to-date intelligence for all Canadian markets. She also oversees the writing and production of all Altus Canada external research reports.

She is the chair of Altus’ monthly morning committee, where she provides and presents ongoing education and information sessions for her colleagues. Nhieu’s industry and community service include active involvement with TCREW, ULI and NAIOP, and participation in Altus’ charitable initiatives, including the JDRF Ride for the Cure and the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

Nhieu has received many honours, including Outstanding Geographer in GIS, the Geographic Analysis Endowment Award and the Environics Analytics Career Award.

These are just a few reasons we chose Jennifer Nhieu as one of Connect CRE Canada’s 2025 Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
