Arkfield Buys Downtown Toronto Waterfront Office Building

Arkfield has purchased an office building on the downtown Toronto waterfront for an undisclosed price.

The seven-storey structure at 10 Lower Spadina has long-term development potential, said the company.

The building offers unobstructed views of Lake Ontario and is well-positioned to benefit from ongoing waterfront revitalization efforts, such as new public spaces, cultural site and enhanced transit options, Arkfield added.

The seller was not disclosed.

Toronto-based Arkfield owns and develops commercial and residential properties across Ontario.
