Armour Opens Second Halifax-Area Modspace

The Armour Group has opened a second co-working location in the Halifax region through its Modspace chain.

The new centre is located in the neighbouring city of Dartmouth, which is part of the Halifax Regional Municipality. Modspace Dartmouth is based on the Park Place Corporate Campus.

“We looked to expand the Modspace offering into Dartmouth as we continue to believe there is an opportunity in the local market to provide a more elevated and professional form of co-working,” said Mitchell Eliasson, Modspace’s managing director, in a news release.

“Modspace Dartmouth’s location provides easy access on the corner of Burnside Drive and the Circumferential, while also offering our members the convenience of an amenity-rich campus setting.”

Amour is a Halifax-based commercial real estate investor, developer and asset manager. The company plans to open a third Halifax-area Modspace, in Bedford, N.S., later this year.
