Attard Oversees Salthill’s Retail, Office, Industrial Portfolios
(Connect has handed out its third-annual Canadian Women in Real Estate Awards. This story profiles Terra Attard of Salthill Capital.)

Throughout her career, as well as in her current position as Principal and Chief Operating Officer at Salthill Capital, Terra Attard has overseen portfolios of retail, office, industrial and mixed-use developments across Canada and the United States, as well as diverse teams and partnerships. Her experience spans public, private and pension organizations. She has served as a Trustee for a TSX-listed REIT.
Attard’s leadership is defined by an ability to see the big picture while never losing sight of details that drive results. She fosters a culture of collaboration, innovation, and inclusion—empowering her teams to challenge the status quo.
She also excels in multiple areas, including operations, leasing, marketing, executive leadership, and investor relations. Her commercial acumen is demonstrated by her consistent delivery of top-quartile returns in MSCI benchmarks at Agellan and Salthill.
Attard is an active member of ICSC and an ICSC Foundation Mentor.
In the community, she serves as a mentor and an active participant in her faith group, which allocates significant funding to charities across the continent.
These are just some of the reasons why Connect Canada CRE honoured Terra Attard with a 2025 Canadian Women in Real Estate Award. The awards celebrate the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and taken on mentorship roles.
