Avison Young Expands into Greece
Avison Young has expanded into Greece through an affiliation agreement with Athens-based QRA Real Estate Advisors.
Toronto-based Avison Young said the firm is entering Greece’s real estate market as it is undergoing a rapid transformation driven by a growing demand for people-centric and energy-efficient building. The “dynamic shift” reflects the country’s strong economic recovery and status as a “resurgent destination” for investors.
With its booming tourist sector and emergence as a major business and energy hub in southeastern Europe, Greece offers an attractive proposition for both residential and commercial investment, according to the company.
QRA has been rebranded as Avison Young.
“This collaboration reinforces Avison Young’s commitment to providing world-class real estate services,,” said Mark Rose, Avison Young’s chair and CEO, in a news release.
“Joining forces with this talented team in Greece strengthens AY’s global presence and enhances our ability to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
