Avison Young’s Gardner Ranks Among Firm’s Top Producers

Glenn Gardner is a principal of Avison Young Commercial Real Estate and leads one of the top office sales and leasing teams in Vancouver.

He has greatly influenced the Vancouver office market through the delivery of exceptional real estate advisory services.

In 2024, Gardner and his team closed 70 transactions totaling 613,456 square feet. Notable highlights include 162,000-square-foot and 39,000-square-foot lease extensions and 105,000-square-foot and 22,000-square-foot relocations/new leases.

Gardner ranked as Avison Young’s top producer in Canada for two consecutive years (2022 and 2023) and has been the top producer in the Vancouver office for the past three years.

These are some of the reasons we selected Glenn Gardner as one of Connect CRE Canada’s Top Broker Award winners for 2025. These awards recognize industry professionals who have demonstrated the highest standards and transaction volumes in investment sales and leasing.
