Avison Young’s Vancouver Industrial Team Completed 204 Deals in 2024

The Avison Young Vancouver Industrial Advisory Group consists of Ryan Kerr, Garth White, Joe Lehman and Bryn Cartwright. With its focus on industrial sales throughout B.C., the group completed 204 transactions totalling 1.2 million square feet during 2024.

Previous transactions involved the 440,000-square-foot Pacific Corporate Centre, a 19-acre, 428,000-square-foot lease for Skechers, and the 330,000-square-foot Legacy Pacific Industrial Park.

These are some of the reasons we selected the Avison Young Vancouver Industrial Advisory Group as a Connect CRE Canada’s Top Broker Award winner for 2025.
