Beedie has completed its Anvil industrial-condominium development project in Surrey, B.C.

The brownfield development is located at 12939 Anvil Way in the Newton area. Avison Young is serving as the development’s exclusive listing agent.

The project offers eight warehouse units or a 91,843-square-foot full-building opportunity.

Avison Young described Anvil as a “a premium type of development” rarely seen before in Newton. The units are positioned with access to transit, retail, services, and major transportation routes.
