Behar Group’s Farraj Specializes in Restaurant Development
Kelly Farraj is a vice-president and sales representative with the Behar Group Brokerage & Commercial Real Estate Services. During 2024, he handled 68 restaurant deals across 200,000 square feet and at a total deal volume of $20 million.
His 10 years of experience with restaurant development (notably for the Cora and Famoso Neapolitan Pizzeria franchises) focused on finding ideal franchise locations and negotiating nationwide leases. In 2014, he put his extensive knowledge of location scouting and lease negotiations into commercial real estate brokerage.
